Avraam and Stefan Ghica started Kairox in 2025. They’d both spent long enough in and around industrial recruitment to see how slow and process-heavy the bigger agencies had become — and how often that slowness left clients stranded.

Between them they’ve worked across the sectors Kairox now leads in — industrial, construction, manufacturing and logistics — on the staffing, business-development and operational side.

The business they built is the inverse of the big-agency model: small, fast, hands-on. Every placement screened and right-to-work checked. Every client dealt with by the same two people, not a rotating cast of consultants.
